Since the company was acquired in 2025, we’ve continued building on a strong foundation while raising the standard for what a moving experience should feel like: organized, respectful, and genuinely cared for from start to finish. Our team shows up with a plan, the right equipment, and the kind of attitude customers remember.

About the Founders

Garrett and Becca launched Greenville Moving Company in July of 2022 after Garrett gained experience working with some of the Upstate’s top moving companies and seeing a growing need for a moving team that consistently cared through both intention and execution. From the beginning, their goal was to move people in a way that communicated care at every step, raising the standard for what a moving experience could look like in Greenville. Their vision helped shape the company’s “Your Best Move Yet” mindset: continually improving safety, service, and simplicity so customers always feel confident and taken care of. With backgrounds rooted in entrepreneurship, ministry, and community impact, Garrett and Becca built Greenville Moving Company to be a positive influence in the Upstate, and they’ve always believed making Greenville the best place to move and live is something worth building together.

Known for his people-first leadership and strong operational mindset, Jordan Allen serves as Chief Operations Officer at Greenville Moving Company. Jordan brings a unique blend of experience from project management in marketing agencies and years of pastoral leadership, giving him both the systems-driven focus and the personal care needed to lead teams well and serve customers with excellence. He oversees operations, team management, and continuous process improvements that help ensure every move is safe, efficient, and stress-free for Upstate families and businesses. Jordan’s attention to detail, steady leadership, and commitment to doing things the right way make him a key part of what keeps Greenville Moving Company running smoothly and growing strong.

A Greenville native raised in Charlotte, Jordan now lives in the Upstate with his wife and three children. Passionate about serving others and strengthening the local community, he’s committed to helping make Greenville an even better place to call home—one move at a time.

Operations Manager

With a strong focus on efficiency and team development, Caleb Dowden serves as Operations Manager at Greenville Moving Company and has been with the company since 2022. Having lived in Greenville for 16 years, he takes pride in serving the local community. He began his career at Greenville Moving as a mover, gaining hands-on experience in the field before working his way up into an operations leadership role.
With two years of retail store management experience and almost four years in the moving industry, Caleb focuses on keeping daily operations efficient and crews supported. Known for clear communication, strong organization, and hands-on leadership, he works closely with his team to ensure every move is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Jhay is an experienced Executive Assistant with over five years of providing dependable administrative and organizational support in professional office environments. He excels in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Known for his strong attention to detail, professionalism, and effective communication skills, he plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
